NAMES ON PHONES

In my phone I have John Blockage. He is my plumber. His has a flirtatious way about him. Something of a young Micheal J Fox. He leans against walls when he chats. He stands side-on. Never face to face. I think he knows his best angles. My friend told me she had Mick Brick on her phone. Mick Brick loves a spray tan, and a Turkish Hamam. Man's man. My neighbour has Tina Taxidermy. She is a silent person. Pale, very tall with jet black hair. Excellent at taxidermy. As time has gone on I have riffed off these names and small snippets of information and begun a large collection pf portraits and short stories inspired by them. Now I have collected over 120 names.
